Here is how it works:

1. Your Customer Signs up for a Username and Password through a link on your Website
2. Customer Logs into the system
3. Customer’s info is stored in the system
4. Customer can request a quote or order a pickup inside of the system. This info is transmitted to your customer service team via email and stored in the database for historical record and to speed future requests.
5. Customer can have a BOL automatically created for them if they wish
6. Upon return to the system your customers can view their previously shipped to and from locations. Locations that are shipped to and from frequently can be pre-populated to save your customers time in ordering and requesting quotes.
